What We Offer

1.5-hour supervision session

Comprehensive written supervision report provided after each session

Flexible delivery: Online (via secure video call) or face-to-face (location dependent)
Supervision frequency is tailored to your needs:

Every 4–6 weeks for established professionals (as per good practice guidelines)

More frequent sessions for new Managers or Responsible individuals during their probation period.

Online Supervision: £90 per session

Under the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015, it is a legal requirement that the Registered Provider appoints, an Independent Person to visit and report on the home in line with Regulation 44. This process ensures objective, critical oversight that supports continuous improvement in safeguarding and service delivery.

Ad Hoc Full Home Auditing
Ad Hoc Full home auditing can be really positive for a home to be able to support the homes manager in ensuring the home is Ofsted ready and is reaching all the milestones a home should do.

It is always really beneficial to have an independent person come into your home to complete full audits to identify anything which the home is missing and provide additional strategies to implement to provide the best possible outcomes.

These can be arranged as little or as often the home feels is necessary.

Prices will differ depending on the quantity of full home audits.
